How our pricing works

All rates shown are inclusive of care worker time, travel, coordination and quality assurance. You will always receive a full written breakdown before any services commence.

Participant contributions

Under Support at Home, the government funds most of your care. Depending on your income and assets (assessed by Services Australia), you may contribute a portion toward certain service categories. Clinical care is always fully funded — you pay nothing for nursing or allied health. From 1 October 2026, personal care services will also be fully funded.

If you transitioned from a Home Care Package on or before 12 September 2024 and were paying 0% contributions, you continue to pay 0% under Support at Home.
